Block List From WinMX World

Okay for some time we have been monitoring the activity of the companies that the RIAA and MPAA use to flood the WPN with fakes.  I wont go into exact details of how this is accomplished but I can tell you its a small group of individuals with several methods to log and gather the IPs of the flooders with fast and accurate results.  They have some characteristics that allow us to confirm they are not regular users, and this is then backed up by actual searches of fakes.

The Block List is checked against new IPs on the Network daily, although its only updated as needed.

We have had a request to make it more public knowledge when the updates are made, so that folks that add these nasty IPs manually can join in the blocking more rapidly.
