i hate to appear to be a whinge-ass, and I'm really not, but I am getting a whole load of abusive from a fellow MX user. We share a similar range of chatrooms and i have already hit the IGNORE button, but being a clever soul, they change their name constantly and I cant keep up with it. Not to mention the foul and abbusive posts IN the rooms
I have mentioned the issues to the hosts (as have others) but no-one is prepared to stand up and do anything.
Anyone have any further suggestions on what we can do?

the room hosts are the only ones that can do anything

Set Up your own room, invite all your friends in and ban his IP

But yeah, chat is unmoderated an only the hosts can stop it. Seems to me people like that aren't friends, so open a room an meet some new ones

Thanks for the advice. Shame we have to tollerate these idiots, but as you say, there are ways and means around them.
I would love to start a room but I certainly dont have the time or the necessary know-how to do it - Maybe I should go to WinMx night School and learn my trade there!!! Loll!
