ws2_32.dll not working

i run fx server version 1.3.9    using the  ws2_32.dll    the one i had from 2006 is now not connecting so i tried the new one that just been released on this site and thats not connecting either but if i add the last host file with the blocking that was released on winmxworld into the fx programme folder it connects

I am in the process of test fx server now... Not much long to go.

My current stats are
Online time: 0d 20h 29m 37s
Total messages: 150
 Total joins: 9

As soon as I now that it is stable enough I will let everyone know about it.
