How is progress going on the new patch?  Can't wait to see the day it is integrated into a new client!

How many C++ coders do we have in the community? Is Richy the only one? Has anyone asked if Eagle would be interested in helping Richy out with the new patch? I wonder if it would have been faster if work on the new client would have continued as planed.

Theres a few of coders around the network.
Ghostship is coordinating the main effort with a coder.
Zhen Logic, Zenar, Richy and Eagle have provided some assistance to varying degrees along the way.

There's other C coders in the community and many coders of other languages. To my knowledge there are no other projects to work on a patch. There was some mention a while back that Pri was working on something but I haven't heard anything of that for a while now.
