incomplete download and unable to play music

Winmx was installed and works fine with the exception that when I download a song and it's sent to "my music", it shows up as INCOMPLETE.
Also, once it's downloaded, I am not able to right click on the song and "play" it at that point.
Am I missing something?
Does anyone have a solution to this delima?
Using windows vista.
