Post by: reef on July 03, 2007, 10:21:20 pm
Hi guys i need a lil info plz..... i havent ran primary for a long time as my modem/router seems to get too warm and quits functioning properly. But figured i'd go primary to help out the current situation.Ok i have the latest patch running and am on primary.... from what i understand i shouldnt need peer guardian but am running it just to see if any of the cartel are trying to connect..... should i still see their activity on peer guardian.... because i see heaps of activity from them.Any advise on this or if i need peer guardian running would be much appreciated   :)

Hi reef it has been my understanding (im sure someone will correct me if i'm wrong) that peer guardian "kicks in" b4 the .dlls blocking does ,so  i would assume what you are seeing is the riaa ip's but the .dll will in fact also be blocking
