ok, need help again. Got a new computer and the https://patch.winmxconex.com/ doesn't seem to be working. Did anything change?

Hi I can't find anywhere to download a free Win MX. I don't have it installed and will probably have to get the patch, but I need the software first. Where or where can I download it?
Have searched everywhere on this site! I also can't find anywhere to start a new topic!

I had winmx on my computer but somehow it was rendered useless. I have been trying to re-install winmx but cannot seem to find a place to download it. Help! I want my winmx back.
