Hi laura what firewall are you using? there is no new patch and the site being down won't have
anything to do with your winmx operating any differently.If you use a firewall other than windows
firewall double check and make sure that the windows firewall is turned off as it can sometimes turn itself
back on after you've recieved some windows updates.

Since the site was down last week I've been unable to let others upload from me, nothing on my pc has changed so was wondering if there was a new patch or anything changed on winmx that I should Know about? I've checked my ports and they are open and my firewall and anti-virus settings havent changed, I've tried the network wizard but it refuses to work. I cant download without any probs and searching seems fine too. Any suggestions on what might be wrong?
