That's also due to the fact you're using winmx 3.53
The issues with 3.54 are fixed btw, so feel free to go back to that one.

ahhhhhh, i see said the blind man, ty nylly....does everyone else's winmx still have the link at the top for winmxworld.com?  mine doesn't show that anymore.

when i look in the winmx folder i do not see the ws2_32.dll file in there.  I installed the 2.0 test patch that km was so nice to provide us, and it looks like no joy on my end....also same thing happened with the 1.9 patch....is the ws2_32.dll not in there anymore?   I am lost, lol.
