Title: Cisco Warns of STARTTLS Downgrade Flaw in Jabber

Cisco has issued an advisory warning of a vulnerability in Jabber for
Windows. The flaw could be exploited to launch a STARTTLS
man-in-the-middle downgrade attack, causing communications to be
transmitted in cleartext.
