Title: "Patch Operational" message

Hi,

Could someone tell me why the "patch operational" message dosent always appear on my winmx panel?

Is my patch installed correctly? I get the white box without text about 50% of the time.

Its really bugging me now.

as long as the splash screen showed it's working, the "patch operational" message is just a web page so could sometimes fail to load - I've had a couple of people report it's not loading every single time because the update was pushed out so quickly that the traffic is much higher than normal, combined with me adding extra load on the server to get better statistics for the updates

I've just made some changes that should help and expect it should be fine within a few hours
