Title: Adding people to your hotlist;

Why is it that I can't permantely add people to my hotlist? Can anyone tell me how to perm add people? Thanks :D

there is no way to find a user once they have disconnected (as their IP Address may change, and the primary they are connected through will change in most cases), if you want to talk to people later on you can always meet up in chat rooms :-)
