Title: plz help ! primary connected but nowt !

can sum1 plz help me? im connected on primary but chat and search is real slow, and i cant download or upload at all. wats rong ? i used to be able to use them all to the fullest with no prolems at all before i got rid of the old 1 nd got this new version. can any1 suggest anyfin ? plz ? help wud be very appreciated !

"new version" as a first step i'd remove & recreate any firewall rules you have in place for winmx, most firewalls dislike version changes & block the altered exe file (in case the change was made by a virus)
