I can't make a direct connection, how can i change this?

ok i edited this post as not a good idea to post your email addy on here as you will most likely get someone hounding you for no reason.

To make a direct connection you need to get the patch from our homepage and follow the instuctions or get the self installing patch if you arent confident enough to do it yourself
