There used to be a "Patch is operational" message there with a nice gray background to match the rest of the GUI. I haven't see that lately. Deos anyone know why?
I know its a little thing and a dumb thing to be bothered by but I can't help it. :)
Is there anyway that I can put something there?
Thanks

I just wanted to add that I can't stand the ugly whiteness thats there when there's no message.
Is there no edit post button, or did I miss it?

Hi Heat,
the "patch operational" is just a visual display and a direct clickable link to WinMXGroup.com as it as not showing, this simply means that you can't click it and go to WinMXGroup.com at the moment, i am confident the patch is fully operational, because
1, my WinMX connects as normal
2, i havent noticed a huge increase when searching, so the fake blocking is working ok
3, we have more than just one cache and they are self selecting, so you will stay connected and protected from fake flooders
and no the edit button is invisible to us humans, only the super powered people have that ability

the web server hosting that page is offline, it has no effect on the operation of your winmx and is purely a cosmetic thing

Its the cosemetic part that bothers me. I'm not having any connection problems. There's no way I can make my own page to get rid of that ugly white hole?
Oh well, I have WinMX systrayed most of the time anyways.

no im sorry the "ugly white whole" is part of the construction of WinMX and it will only be a day or two until we get normal "patch operational" back where it belongs.
