Day 4 of the Australian Federation Against Copyright Theft’s (AFACT) appeal hearing in it’s case against Aussie ISP iiNet for the illegal downloading committed by BitTorrent users on its network shaped up to be filled with even more novel assertions by the copyright holder group, this time that subscribers should be held liable for all the copyright infringement committed on their account regardless of whether or not they were the one responsible.
