Port Forwarding for Belkin Router

I have just activated an ADSL connection, and i have a Belkin Router

VoiP 1 Port Fired Gateway  F1Pl210ENau Version 1000au.
 I Cannot download or upload any files , I have read and attempted to set up port forwarding but so far have been unsucessful. Could I trouble you for some help with setup

None of the Belkins you listed are compatible. The Model I have is

step through the animation & make notes of the seetings you need to enter.. screen by screen stuff..
