Looking for the Green Light?

So I took the Window's Firewall out.  Then I allowed Norton 360 to pass WinMX Thu.
Then I entered the Router attempting to follow directions to get the Portforward 6699 Thu the Bellsouth Westell Router.  When I checked the Port Forward I to the TCP it said the
Ping Result:      We were not able to ping your router
Port Check Result:   Your port is OPEN!.
What does that mean? and What do I do now?

re-enable windows firewall and make sure it IS allowing winmx

well windows firewall would not block a router ping ..it would be pretty amazing if it could do that

reading this i notice only one port was opened??? why not the other one?
