still can't reconnect

I don't know what to do. I redownloaded and reinstalled Win MX. I downloaded the patch and followed all the instructions. I still can't get it to work. I'd appreciate any help with this.

if you are using the standard XP firewall, get sygate or a similar firewall and turn the Xp firewall off as this is a known issue, zone alarm firewall will stop you if you are trying to host, or rather stop people entering your room, this is another known issue. you could even try changing the prorts from 6699 to something elase as some ISP's block these to stop file sharing
