help please wcs and fxs

hi can anyone tell me who to set up a room password in fxs and wcs i know there is a way but i totally forgot how thanks in advance

For FXS you see the below (or similar in your config). You could also type them in the room if you have co-host access. Not sure what FXS version you use but that should work.

/ChatPassword Forbidden             <------ change the word Forbidden to the password you want
/ChatPasswordOpt Msg=This Room Is Password Protected  <------ change to the message that you would like to appear
/ChatPasswordOpt Correct=Password OK
/ChatPasswordOpt Wrong=Wrong password, disconnecting...
/ChatPasswordOpt TimedOut=Timed out, disconnecting...
/ChatPasswordOpt TimeOutMs=15000         <------ gives them 15 seconds to type the password - change it to whatever time you would like to give

WCS doesnt have the ability to password protect a room.

tyvm reef i got a wcs config and in it it says RoomPassword= this is why i thought you would be able to do a room password but ty for the fxs hun it helps out alot

I think that room password would be for a modified version of wcs, such as richys. And yw

Indeed reef is correct, WCS itself doesn't have that feature, it is something I added at a later stage to my development.
