Network connection blocked

anyone have any answers installed sherwood  I work prime all the time right now 4 prime 11 secondery.sherwood keeps saying my  socket 8 network connection is blocked . WinMx is connected online but cant upload or download. It says WinMx is connected but my network conn,is blocked. Gus.

Gus, Be sure you started Sherwood with WinMX off.  Start Sherwood up, put in the tcp port your WinMX uses then start up WinMX.. let me know if you still get this error.

Yes i do  enter the tp port then start winmx it says win is connected but my network connection is blocked .I dont no if that means its stpping hackers or what .when i go to connect it says incoming connection and lets me search for downloads ,have not complete anupload pver a month n now they keep trying upload part and time out or dont connect.it keeps advanceing saying net con blocked
