Can't upload

I can download files but for some reason nobody can get any files fron me.  I've got a cable modem connection and I'm behind a firewall.  Of course, I've already poked a hole in the firewall, but for the life of me I can't figure out why nobody can get my files.

Any suggestions?

"Nobody can upload from me" is a classic case of TCP blocked or not forwarded correctly. Assuming you've thoroughly checked your firewall/router & winmx config.. the next most likely is your ISP, cable companies in particular are guilty of blocking the default ports.
