Do you get the error almost in the start of the file? Or in the middle somewhere? If you get the error in the start, then it's more likely a fake file. This page will explain how to get around fake files:
https://www.winmxworld.com/help/help_with_fakes.htmlIf you get it in the middle, make sure no sources are queued or running(you have 1 or more sources running, then you won't have to trim10k).
Right click on the file, then select "Trim 10K from end of file".
This will chop off the last 10kilobytes of the file, and make you able to resume the file if the end is corrupted
