Not one to wait to see how things may go in the courts regarding his other business ventures, Kim dot com is now laying out plans to start up his own email service that will operate outside the US and its laws.

Last week, Lavabit, which counted NSA leaker Edward Snowden as a user, closed and Silent Circle closed its secure email service. Lavabit's owner, Ladar Levison, said he was shutting it down to avoid becoming "complicit in crimes against the American people". Last week, Mega chief executive Vikram Kumar told ZDNet that the company was being asked to deliver secure email and voice services.
I think we should all wait to see what Mega are going to deliver before spending much time chasing rainbows and hunting down leprechauns, what has to be remembered is that Kim is a business man and thus cash will feature in this somewhere.
