A few days ago the folks over at the pirate bay put together a package of software that will allow folks wishing to access the pirate bay to do so, thus circumventing many of the blocks that have been placed on the usage of their website globally.

PirateBrowser uses Vidalia, a cross-platform graphical controller for the Tor software that allows users to start and stop the Tor anonymizing network.
