I dont know of anyone having problems with that server no,... This sounds like there is still something blocking the ports.
Be sure you set up two rules in that router/modem, one for udp and one for tcp seperately.
Verify that you set those for the correct Internal IP, this can be found by going to your Start > Run type 'cmd' without the ' ' in it
Then in the black DOS box type this 'ipconfig' and hit enter..
Look to see that the 'IP Address' matches what is in the router rules.

If that all fails I suggest you visit our list of WinMX Friendly Ports and try changing to some different ones from that list and try those ..
