On January 28th, we reported that The Court of Appeals in The Hague had overturned a 2012 ruling and lifted the block on The Pirate Bay in the Netherlands by ISPs Ziggo and XS4All.
This is a sensible move really as to continue to hang your reputation on a failed scheme is just asking for folks to ignore anything you claim in the future, three steps back gentlemen.
