Hi Everyone, I was hoping to find posts about this, but perhaps I am the only person affected. I have the last release of WinMX and the 9.1 Patch and things are going good, no ISP throttle, but.....
Always a But! When I first connect it takes about 20 min for the number of incoming primaries to settle down. Typically I will see 1 then 2 then 5 or even 8 but they drop out and I can go back to one then 3 and back down again and so on. My bandwidth window looks like a saw blade with peaks and troughs all over the place until after what seems an age things settle down.
Is this normal or have I done something Wrong. I use a middel bandwidth setting for WinMX and have a good 600 Kb per second (51Kb download from me) Cable connection.
