confusing

I am using WinMX 3.31 and just a few months ago, I downloaded a patch file from this website. Unfortunately, the patch file was missing, and now I needed it.
 Also, I don't know why WinMX takes more time to connect than it did before. I wonder if there is something wrong with the Peer-2-Peer server!
