my winmx is running slow can u help me please...all my programs r fast but winmx...im on promary conn. and i can only get 500 rooms instead of over 1000 please help me

Its actually very normal to get terrible listings on Primary, or I should say not normal in that its how its designed .. but normal in that its a huge problem on primary and there is no fix for it yet.  I believe its better on WinMx v 3.53 but thats just my experience.

If its a big problem and your not hosting a WinMx Client room then you may want to try secondary and see if this improves things for you.

If moving to secondary didnt help then I dont know.. it could be ISP related.

I am wondering just how are your speeds and what are you upload limits etc.. Allocated bandwidth and such things can make some imporvements on speeds for primary users.

That link runs a test of your bandwidth, then gives recommendations for your bandwidth limits and shows you how to set them.  Give that a try and if you still have problems, try secondary and see if its better or the same.
