Having connection problems!

Everything was working fine until two days ago.  Takes forever to connect(if at all) and then it takes way longer to find what you're looking for.  Anyone else having this problem?

Guest not at this time or at least not many folks have this at the same time as you no.

My suggestions would depend also on what patch your using and what your set up is.. for example do you have a router, are you primary or secondary on winmx.. xp firewall or norton antivirus installed and enabled?

Get back to me on these and someone will try to help you out with this..

Im Having the same problem .. It connects .. after some time it shows connecting n remains like that

i have been reading through here and have had the same connection difficulites for the past few weeks. i do in fact use norton antivirus 2006 and am thinking thats the only thing left that could be the culprit. are there some specific things i need to do to get winmx to work with nortons running?

Needs to be allowed in it the Norton firewall, and here in the worm protection.

I have version 3.54.  I am on a wireless network with the router attached to a different computer.  When I was able to get on yesterday, I was making a secondary connection.  I have McAfee firewall running also.  My problem is that WinMx will not launch.  It tries to but I get an error and it shuts down

I just finished downloading the patch and it is still not working.  Any other ideas.  Can I get an order versioin of WinMx and then download the patch?  I even tried to turn off my firewall and I still could not get it to work.
