This is similar to the Warning you will see placed on the sites of p2ps that have been closed by legal bullying.

This one is the WinMX Warning to the MPAA and the RIAA...

Heh. Have you seen the new warnings on DVDs? it's a big commercial - states if you stole a car, it's not cool and jail time. If you robbed a bank, it's not cool either. Downloading is illiegal! what's sad, is all the "great talent" the RIAA and MPAA protect, couldn't help them think up a better visualization of stealing.

Of the very small amount of folks they take to court all are sharers not downloaders as such so they are talking bull anyway, its legal in the UK to download anything , sharing is another matter

They sued the whole family of a little girl, how old was she? like 12? Sued her family and won like $2000 over 8 songs downloaded onto her pc. Please believe they would sue you for your last crumb of bread for their payback!

If it went to the artist it might have been a consolation but alas it goes on lawyer fees and on more coke for those supporting this immoral activity.

Hell I would pay them 1 million dollars to stay away from winmxers (takes idea into consideration).
