Glenna, spamming all of us with dozens of PM's is not gonna change the answers, at this point there's nothing else we can do for you.
You either are satisfied with the answers you got so far or if not you'll have to ask a legal expert.

Glenna you have sent a record of approximatly 50 to 60 pms on this site, you have contacted every Moderator I have spoken with, and more then likely many of the ones I have not spoken too as yet.  This will NOT change the answers we have all given you.  Get a lawyer if your that worried.

That is the end of any advise concerning this matter you will be given here.  This thread will be locked and if you continue to ask questions about this issue on the site the posts will be deleted and your account will be closed.

This site is a WinMx related Help site, not a legal site!  So in the future if you would like to learn how to use the PM, or how to get into a chat room or some WinMx related help issue feel free to post that.
