Both Users Firewalled

Occasionally while trying to share files we both get " Both Users Firewalled " message when neither has firewall up ?
Any suggestions ?

If there's any way you can sort forwarding ports & go primary, you should avoid seeing this message, even if you connect as secondary therafter with ports set, the commonest cause is that both users are in "firewalled mode" with WinMx set as unable on TCP & UDP ports.
