A prime example it would seem Nobby, much as they would like the public to think there are thousands of "rogue" djs running a show from mp3 systems this just is not the case.
I think the dj should be exempted from this stealth tax as you quite rightly point out the public performance aspect has already been paid for and why should a dj not have the same rights as a normal consumer who had paid to publicly play the same music.
