Geez, I got NOTHING!

I can upload like there's no tomorrow, but my download is barely working. It will DL a certain .avi that I'm trying to get (albeit a meager 7k/s), but I can't get almost ANYTHING ELSE. Normally I connect download like lightning, but no matter what the file is, I'm having problems with them timing out. I have never had this problem before, until maybe a week ago.

Also, I tried to go to the chat, and it only listed 2 CHATROOMS! WTF? I know that's not right.

WinXP SP2
Cable
ZoneAlarm
No Router
WinMX 3.54
No "add-on" software.

Any tips woud be MUCH appreciated.

Could be a conflict issue with ZA? Its well known to cause problems with winmx primary, perhaps just to rule it out, switch it off and try sygate, see what happens.........

Doesnt sound good I agree, what internet service provider do you use Rexrexworth ?
