Help Wanted : WCS Host Required

Hey my name is Faithless I would like to know if anyone has the resources to host a chat room for me on a temporary basis.
The chat room will need to be open 24/7 and I would need some kind of access to the config file so I can change it as I feel.

in the end i got a new router and i am hosting allthough i do need a backup host any ideas
