Primary 5 Secondary 0

Hi have managed to connect to primary (top of screen says - P=4 S=0 Spm=6569) but i cannot search or download anything.
Using Broadband internet (telewest) with cable modem 1MB, windows system is XP. also use router which is IENXQ.
can still switch to secondary to download but i would like everything working fine on primary if possible...???
please help.

you need to forward the ports in your router, the default ports that need forwarding are 6699 TCP (this will allow uploads, as well as secondary users - the S=0) and 6257 UDP (this will allow searches/loading the channel list)

http://portforward.com/routers.htm   has specific guides for most routers (never heard of an IENXQ, and neither have they) but the general guides are the same for most routers, if you look at 3 or 4 of them you'll see that there are only a very few things that change between them
