slow downloads and uploads

I am having a major problem with my transfers
I am finding they are taking a very long time ,ie a 5 minute song can take about 45 minutes to download and i am on cable !!.I reinstalled a new win program to see if that would help but no it hasnt .

I cannot work out why this  has happened ,it used to be ok but the last few days it has been so so slow and people keep asking me for more bandwith but there is nothing i can do .
 I am in Australia and have been trading with a person in europe .is it because of the distance we are appart be the reason for the slow transfers?

if its just with 1 person then it could be their end, or something in between.

You only need to worry if its with everyone that it is a problem, if thats the case then pop in to the WinMXWorld.com chat room on MX and see if someone can help you checking everything out.
