It seems the Money Music Mafia are trying to use their muscle to stealing folks rights on the internet to use p2p for trading their own material.

'Internet Service Providers have to take their share of responsibility for keeping the traffic on their networks legitimate. ISPs are doing very well out of digital music - it is helping drive their revenues and it is being liberally used in their marketing strategies,' said John Kennedy, chairman of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industries and a member of the MBF.
Emma Pike, MBF co-chairman, told The Times that if service providers failed to act then the organisation will consider legal action, although European law provides the ISPs with considerable protection just as long as they are acting as a 'mere conduit'.
I think folks that if they try legal action against ISPs we may need to remind them of our own rights and counter sue under anti monopoly laws and human rights legislation, the crux of the matter is this, the ISP is not in charge of what we do online the same as the telephone compny is not in charge of what you tell your mother on her birthday , how dare this bunch of crooks try to turn our country into a music mafia facist state, lets write to our MP,s urging they intervene and raise the issue in the house of commons, anti democratic actions by these cash hungry music nazis is something I will oppose heavily

I also would like to make clear to all readers from the UK that its not illegal under UK law to download anything for your own personal use, this attack is morally wrong as well as being in complete ignorance of the law.
