Why will some people "ignore" me when I'm trying to download a song from them? I share all my files. Are they just pricks or what?

there are some out there yes, other times they have mxmon ot leechammer set severe & it ignores when it fails to get a whois.. which is automated.. although setting ignore for failed whois is kinda harsh in my opinion

You can't send messages to people on whose ignore list you are can you? Just confirming.......

someone is trying to download a song from me and can't seem to ever get it to happen. I am sharing all my songs. Why doesn't it work for this user?

is it just one user? if so what sort of error do they get? it could be something like neither of you have ports forwarded so a "both users firewalled" message would come up, or could be something else...
