I can't transfer downloaded files to My Documents so i can't access downloads from windows movie maker - meaning i can't use files to create films, and that is the only reason i use winmx! i could transfer files from version 3.54, but not my new version which is 4.something.
please help!

erm, winmx has no 4.x versions, 3.54 is the latest version...

in settings > file transfers to get the directory it is downloading to, the default directory is My Documents\My Music

What type of files are these also.. and what do you mean exactly by cant transfer them ?

Windows XP has a known issue with locking files in the Explorer.exe and this may be why they would appear inaccessible..
