I know that on RCMS rooms you are able to put on a block that prevents other rooms from redirecting people from their room to yours.   Is this possible for FX??

I think that changing /BlockCommand Redirect=0 to /BlockCommand Redirect=1 will prevent redirects to your room but I am not sure. Try it out.

nope thats to prevent admins from redirecting your room to another.   but great try!

There is no option in FXS itself to block redirects to your room...i do see in the channel list one FXS room that has in the topic [FXS] [RCMS] but i dunno how 1 would go about running them together and i think 1 would have to be modified as the commands are different for each.Or maybe a metis script can prevent mass joining in a room...No idea but if anybody knows plz let me know also lol
