is use mxmonitor with pleasure. after a long time off being online with wiinmx the list of files with possible downloads and the UL/DL's themselves can get very large. if the pc has lots of other things to do you might get the problemm that winmx no longer has a stable tranfserscreen; the monitor doesnt work under those conditions.
you will loose the numbers in other queues as well as your UL queue, but exit/finish UL/DL for a while. and reconnect after lets say 15 minutes and everything will work again like it should.
another advice: never select the option ignore when DL stops while UL.
mismatches get people that are usefull traders on ignorelists. the problem with fading transferscreens may sometimes be responsible too. for instance when the uploadscreen stays intact and the DL screen doesnt.
but the fact remains that when you use mxm with friendly settings the complaint that leeches kill winmx becomes nonsense.
and to be on the safe side. clear your ignorelist at the beginning of each winmx session.
