i can't see any chat rooms, the number says 0 out of 0. i've download all kinds of patches and stuff but nothing's working. please help me!!

are you trying to use a primary connection with winmx? and do you also have a router?

yes i use a primary connection... and i dont know if i use a router as i dont really know what that is.........

umm it says speedstream 5100 on it......

ok, that modem has a built in router

if you go that that page it has instructions on it for setting it up along with screen shots

if you still can't get it to work let me know, or probably better to go to WinMxWorld.com Help_3F1FAF500666 and see if someone can go through it with you
