Want help in getting started using a bot

I am the host of   AAAA Kittys Fun House_70C0EDDC0003  a fairly new room
and am wanting to put a bot in for fun  can i get some suggests on what to use 
and how do i set it up 
i am using  WCS Chat Sever

I have always liked Metis.

Depends on what you want the bot to do. Most of the chat games, such as hangman, has been made are for the metis bot.

http://www.mxcontrol.org is down at the moment, but they would be the best ones to get help from, or a much better scripter then myself, im only a novice and still learning.
