Using WinMx, now breaks other network use

Unable to use a simple network browser after starting WinMx now. Things used to be fine.

it depends on your system, control panel >> internet options in there u can see diff settings are u using a proxy, r u on IE6 or IE7 or netscape, router, firewall, any of them can be set up wrong, winmx has never stopped a browser workng that we know of, its just a program and does not control your other internet connections or web browsers.

So then it is just me, ok I gotcha.

Unfortunately, I am well aware of all the wonderous settings possible under the various access features as they call the bloatware.

Now if I can only find all those propaganda movies shown back in elementary school I'd be happy. Like 'why man creates' and the one where the dog was the only surviving family member in a house fire, the father started it with a match as a light source to find something behind his couch, and he just drops the dang match. That one had all us first graders in tears.

who knows what changes made the difference, but the, what seemed like a problem is cleared up. Many minor tweaks from MTU through upload restrictions, so what made the difference is a future test.
