net io.sys bsod errors in win11

anyone recieving "irq not less or equal to" io.sys     blue screeen of death errors
the other one that is throwing up while running winmx as  primary with 8 opennaps online is "system service exception" blaming netio.sys as the actor
this just started recently
Also after recovery when opening back up winmx, it asks me to acdcept (or not) the license agreement and goes through the install as if it was run for the first time......
