just wondering, is there any way to report users with underage child movies on their shared files?

You could take down ips etc if you wanted to be really zealous but you will find that their is people like law enforcemnt agencies that do stuff like that for you. Also sometimes some off these people can be pray to trogans and others adding these files to their computers. I would just leave them and alow law enforcemnet that do a great job of catching these sick people do their job. As you wouldnt want to be caught up in any legal procedings etc.

to be perfectly honest you can't really do anything about anything...

even if you went and found their name address and telephone number and told their local police, what would they do? absolutely nothing, or at least i would hope that they do nothing - because when the police start acting based on someone telling them someone is doing something illegal and not based on evidence then you have a serious problem

there are various task forces out there dedicated to dealing with that sort of thing (although to be perfectly honest they don't do jack shit, and i'm sure none of them would even pretend they can justify a handful of convictions every few years when anyone can do a simple search on any p2p network and find hundreds of people...)

really the only thing that happens about that is a small high profile case every few years to try to scare others, they don't try and get everyone because they know they would fail, however it would be nice if they at least had a go at getting most of the obvious ones rather than their current task of sitting on their arses doing nothing

I got to agree with km there,theres a hell of a lot of it about and im most cases the authorities wont do anything the task forces cant do anything due to lack of evidence, the net service providers wont do anything due to lack of profits i no this due to trying to have something done about it and reporting ppl to these different authorities.

As tiny said b4 ppl can become prey to Trojans and having files added to there systems but you would think that when you see someone’s files with 20 or so of these Trojans and files with a dozen or so qued up in there list to start there just might be a lil more to it than that. but contact there provider and what happens to quote km "jack shit"

To a net provider its all profit and they can play the ostrich and bury there heads in the sand shake there asses in the air n say we cant do anything or we provide net security tools in our packages that protect your children blahhhh blahhhh blahhhhh instead of getting off there asses and creating there own task forces to try to at least deter the plague on society that this has become.

I run a adult chat room and some might say goes with the territory but i chat to all sorts of hosts, teen rooms, family rooms, games rooms, the problem is the same all over i personally name shame ban and firewall these ppl and have done so hundreds of times in the last 12 months but some other hosts don’t or wont check or do anything because to them it makes up the numbers

i am in the uk just a quick story of how things go a 17 y/o lad meets a 15 y/o girl they fall in love (as happens a lot at that age) her parents don’t agree or like it (also happens a lot) they report him to the police there so mad about it he gets hauled in questioned charged it doesn’t go to court but he has to sign the sex offenders register(his life wrecked b4 its barely started) 2 weeks l8er the girl is legal anyway.

a middle aged serial kiddie fiddling pervert gets caught yet again what happens ???? taken in charged it goes to court even found guilty penalty = perhaps a couple of months banged up or on a rehabilitation programme sign the sex offenders register new house new name new life on release for there own safety free to start over.

kinda rough justice don’t u think ? both cases legally wrong perhaps but I no which one I would at the minimum castrate.
