WCS setcolour

Have been using this in my room for quite awhile now ... figured other hosts using WCS might enjoy this.
The admin portion of the script will take a bit of editing (depending on how many admins/mods/agents or w/e you have) before you run the script.The rest is explained below.

  the commands are:   /setcolour #    or    /setcolor #     
                               Example: /setcolour 4

- Unzip to Plugins

- Add this line to your MXC.xml file (or where you keep your include files)
  <include file="wcs setcolour.xml"/>

- Edit the sections marked in the script

- bot must be admin and/or have the neccessary access letters

- Add these 2 Custom Commands to your WCS config
  CustomCommand=/SETCOLOUR=YOURBOTSPASSWORD
  CustomCommand=/SETCOLOR=YOURBOTSPASSWORD

Created and used in Metis270-test6 .Should work for other versions.

Well as some people know i have developed onto WCS and added some new features that km never cld be bothered with one of these is setcolour

Just because someone doesnt wish to add something to a server doesnt mean its good, anyhow i found a different solution to setcolour ;D so yes i have used my own version
